ST CROIX: SAVANT – CUSTOMER OF THE MONTH JULY 2017

Executive Chef Chris Booth builds on the menu with eight or more mouth-watering nightly specials keeping the balance of Savant’s culinary offerings fresh and innovative.  Savant is not focused on any one style of food.  Owner Tom Miller says they prefer diversity and feel that being diverse with their food styles has helped them stay successful and keeps the customers coming back.

Tom along with his wife Kate opened Savant in 1997. Tom was a successful clothing store owner for over 25 years spending time in NY & LA where he often found himself dining out in trendy places with a unique atmosphere eating what he called “funky” food.  He saw that the restaurant business was a world where he could be truly creative by combining flare and imagination on a plate with great service in a unique atmosphere.

Tom, Kate and Chef Chris put their customers first and clearly their local and international following of diners recognize this. By Reader’s Choice, Savant has been voted one of USA Today’s Top 10 Caribbean restaurants for 2017.

Savant is located at #4 C Hospital Street in Christiansted and reservations can be made. The terrace area and the dining room are also available to host a special event.
