Ingredients

2 links Sweet Italian Sausages

1 Red Bell Peppers cut into 1″ paysanne

1 White Onions cut into 1″ paysanne

3 fl oz Horseradish Beer Mustard

 

Directions

1 Heat grill and cook sausage over medium-high heat until rm, 2 to 3 minutes, cool slightly.

2 Slice each sausage on the bias into 1 inch pieces.

3 Thread sausage, peppers and onions onto bamboo skewers alternating ingredients.

4 Grill skewers over medium-high heat until sausage, peppers and onions are cooked, tender and slightly charred.

5 Serve with side of freshly prepared Horseradish Beer Mustard.

4 oz Horseradish

1 tsp Allspice

2 slices Swiss cheese

1/8 tsp Ground cayenne pepper
