Controlling energy consumption is an important aspect of environmental preservation. Along with using energy-efficient LED or fluorescent bulbs in our warehouses, the lights in the warehouse and freezer are on a sensor, reducing the heat generated by the bulbs.

Merchants Market has replaced many paper forms and documents with electronic documents, saving the electricity and paper use of printing. Our sales force has also transitioned to mostly digital marketing communications. Additionally, our customers can access statements and invoices online through the Customer Portal which also reduced the number of pages printed.

Merchants Market goes the extra mile to sustain our beautiful environment. We use environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions whenever possible to ensure that we don’t contribute to undue groundwater pollution.
