Owner Tom Miller grew up in the Caribbean. His Dad was in the hotel business moving around from Jamaica to the Bahamas, Barbados and finally St Croix. Tom’s background is in fashion running a trendy clothing store “Caribbean Clothing” for 25 years before opening Savant in 1998. A true family affair, the uber popular back patio was custom sculpted by his wife, and former movie set designer, Kate (Bartoldus) Miller. Nowadays you can find Tom, Kate and son, Milo, regularly welcoming guests to their island bistro.
Savant has been honored with rave reviews from numerous travel writers and regularly packs the house. Reservations are highly recommended.
