Pineapple Pete has been serving locals and tourists in a pub style restaurant in Cole Bay for fifteen years.   With over 30 employees, their motto is “Great Food. Great Service.”   Owner, Pierre Ferland tells us that he “really loves dealing with customers and every day is different.  I love it every day!”  They did expand their size over the past 15 years but he says that what makes their restaurant unique is the service.  “The setting is causal and so is the presentation.  But the service is worthy of fine dining.  Plus we have live music nightly and a game room with TV’s and pool tables.”   When asked about the damage after the hurricanes one year ago, Pierre says “Like everywhere else, everything except the structure was badly damaged and we were closed exactly 3 weeks.”

Pineapple Pete takes reservations and has daily specials Created by Chefs Carlos and Dwayne.   Be sure to leave enough time to review their extensive menu which includes appeteasers, burgers, wraps, rotisserie chicken, bbq, fish, seafood, lamb and steaks.  Some favorites are the 12 oz. Rib-Eye Steak, Crab Stuffed Shrimp, the New Zealand Rack of Lamb, Salmon & Bacon Linguini, a Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs, and Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast.  Be sure to leave room for desserts and specialty coffees.  J
