Chef and owner Brian Montgomery always loved the restaurant business and turned his passion into the energy mixed with enjoyment of making customers happy, great Asian Infused food and casual atmosphere dining. He enjoys working together with his niece Allie Montgomery they are poised to take over that side of the island.
What makes this restaurant so unique is this is the only Asian Fusion restaurant in Frederiksted. Opened for lunch and dinner they support local artist by displaying their artwork on the walls and bring much needed “vibe” to the area.
With the Asian fusion concept, 7AF features mainly Chinese cuisine, but they have also introduced Thai, Korean, and Japanese foods to the menu. The menu is just the right balance of this and that to make it interesting and unique. Having tons of traditional Asian foods and flavors to make it a great dining experience and a great vibe in with the Asian fusion concept.
This restaurant loves to make the locals and tourist people happy. Also, another passion is charitable works. Every year they feed the hungry of Frederiksted a free Thanksgiving dinner. They love animals and do many events for our four-legged friends. On 10/25 7AF hosted a fabulous Dim Sum Brunch to benefit Ruff Stuff (an animal rescue charity) that was a huge success.
