Located on Shoal Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, Madeariman Bar and Restaurant lacks absolutely nothing!  From the breathtaking view of the turquoise Caribbean water to the outdoor covered dining area to the mouthwatering menu items, Madeariman delivers 200%!

“My partner, Thomas Moreau, and I studied the restaurant business and owned two restaurants in St Maarten.  We found this great location in Anguilla and decide to go for it!”  says owner Amin Bousseta.  In October of 2016, the restaurant had a fire and was demolished but with the support of the local people, they rebuilt the restaurant and reopened three months later in December.  Then, less than one year later, Irma hit the beautiful island of Anguilla.  “Lots of sand filled the restaurant and we lost a lot of equipment from sea and saltwater damage.  We were still happy that we were spared structural damage and we were able to open one month later,” says Amin.  “Our location on Shoal Bay Beach, a variety of entertainment 3 days per week, a unique Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Caribbean influence, and a friendly, long standing staff is what makes us unique.”

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Madeariman offers daily specials in addition to their regular menu.  Their French Chef, David Cotineau and Shawn Hodge have created unique offerings within the tapas, starters, snacks, pizzas, main course, and dessert categories.  Start with an order of the Cod Fish Fritters served with creole sauce, followed by a fresh Niçoise Salad.  Then enjoy the Whole Snapper served with lemon sauce.  Are you in a lobster mood?  Try the Lobster Pita, Lobster Pizza or Fresh Grilled Lobster with Garlic Sauce.  Not a seafood fan?  That’s OK as there is a wonderful selection of meats and poultry such as a Ribeye Steak, Beef Kebab, or the Breaded Chicken all served with a choice of mash potatoes, rice or French fries with your choice of a sauce.  And don’t forget to leave room for dessert… warm Chocolate Cake, Crème Brulee or Chocolate Mousse to name a few.  Check out their full menu offerings at
