Ingredients

  • 1 (24-ounce) package HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Fried Rice

Directions

  1. In a baking dish, combine egg and milk.  In another baking dish combine the cornflake crumbs and sesame seeds.  Remove pork loin from package.  Dip in egg mixture and then roll in the cornflake mixture.  Repeat.  Place pork filet on a foil lined baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.  Let pork rest for 5 minutes.  Slice into medallions and serve crispy pork loin over fried rice.  Serves 6.
